We strive to make sure you are seen by our staff at your appointment time, since we believe your time is as valuable as ours.
We currently have a Fast Check In Kiosk set up in our office to collect all new patient information. If you have an extensive medication list please bring that with you and it can be scanned into your medical file with our office.
Please bring in a current dental insurance form if you would like us to file your insurance claims for you. Please look at the Financial Policy section of our website to see who we contracted with. We will file all insurance claims as a service to our patients.
